If a deadline is tight or a print file needs a last-minute check, call +60 13 169 3831 between 10:00 and 18:00. Leave a message if I am in a meeting; I return calls within the same working day.
Most messages get a reply within 24 hours on working days. Weekend messages are answered on Monday morning. For active projects, I confirm receipt of every file within a few hours so nothing stalls.
The first call is free and lasts about thirty minutes. We go through your references, the print formats you need, and the timeline. After that call you receive a written summary with the next steps.
Each project includes two revision rounds. Feedback should arrive as a single document or email with clear references. I turn around revisions within three working days, depending on the size of the change.
Before writing in, check the FAQ page for details about file formats, print preparation, and how the first consultation works. Most practical questions are already answered there.
A typical engagement runs four to six weeks, depending on the number of deliverables and how quickly feedback comes back. Below is the sequence I follow, with the checkpoints that keep the work on track.
We start with a 45-minute call to discuss the brand, the audience, and the context. You send over any existing materials, competitor examples, and a few words about what feels off today. I review these before the first proposal.
I prepare two distinct visual directions, each with a typographic palette, a colour mood, and a sample layout. You pick one, or ask for a hybrid. This is the moment to challenge the brief, not after production starts.
The chosen direction is expanded into the full set of deliverables: stationery, social templates, or print layouts. You receive a PDF with annotations explaining each choice. One revision round is included at this stage.
Final files are prepared in print-ready PDF/X, with bleed and crop marks. I also export web versions and a short brand guide covering logo usage, colour values, and type hierarchy. You get a checklist for your printer.
You receive the complete package via a shared folder. I stay available for one follow-up call to walk through the files and answer questions about future adaptations, such as new formats or translated versions.
If the project needs additional items, such as signage or packaging, we can extend the timeline. Otherwise, I send a short summary of what was delivered and what could be the next step for your brand.
You receive a full system: typography, color palette, layout rules, and print-ready files. Everything works together from the first business card to the last poster.
Files are prepared for real printing conditions: correct color profiles, bleed, and margins. No surprises when your order arrives from the press.
Each project follows a written schedule with review points. You know what happens each week and when you need to give feedback.
Working with cultural venues and small businesses means understanding your audience. The design reflects your neighborhood, not a generic template.
You get organized source files, editable templates, and a simple guide. Your team can update the materials without needing a designer on call.
