Welldon Graphiste provides visual identity design, editorial systems, and custom illustration services for cultural brands, associations, and local businesses. The portfolio displayed on this site documents past projects and is presented for reference. Any new project is defined by a separate agreement that specifies deliverables, timelines, and the creative process.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your brand, audience, and project goals. This includes supplying any existing brand assets, content, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays in providing these materials may affect the project schedule, and we are not liable for resulting changes to the timeline.
We commit to delivering the agreed design work with professional care, respecting the defined scope and deadlines. We will keep you informed of progress and discuss any significant changes to the project direction. Our work is carried out with the understanding that final files are provided in standard formats suitable for print or digital use.
Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final design files transfers to you, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and to use it for promotional purposes, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place. Preliminary concepts and unused drafts remain our property.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from the use of our services. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any particular result, such as increased sales or brand recognition, will be achieved.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party fails to meet material obligations. In such a case, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
